Society changes for the "better or worse" as the level of education improves or lessens. Those changes result in the increase or decrease of the knowledge held by individuals. Which as a deliberate and expected consequence (not all the time but too much of the time), there is an increase or decrease of the wisdom of those individuals. What assumption is used for this premise? Wisdom is the intellectual sum of all life's experiences and learning. The broader the learning and experience the wider the data available to the individual to analyze to form an opinion. Some may deduce that propaganda is intertwined in this premise including this very comment. A wise thought I will agree. Or rephrased, don't take my word for it.

To turn my leering leaching eye to the realm of "Notes", for example "Community Notes" and all other sources of information sometimes also called data either for or not for "checking" or any other purpose such as research. Can there be identified anything that is useless before one's encounter with such note (source)?

What I am quite but not completely sure of is that I would support not preventing anyone from not doing what they do not want to do. However, in some situations I would not recommend such behavior.
