When person “A” claims someone else, person “B” is responsible for a situation that person “A” is in charge of, person “A” is indicating they may be in charge, but they are not a responsible manager. Is it logical for person A to acknowledge that person “B”, the individual they point their finger at, is “the responsible” person? In these circumstances Person “A” is not a responsible manager at best and at worst is an irresponsible manager. Would it be better/best for person “A” to take responsibility for the situation and deal with it as the position requires?
PS: This behavior of person “A” is no different from situations in which children point fingers at one another confidently claiming “they did it”.

To turn my leering leaching eye to the realm of "Notes", for example "Community Notes" and all other sources of information sometimes also called data either for or not for "checking" or any other purpose such as research. Can there be identified anything that is useless before one's encounter with such note (source)?
Requisite condition: How would one know for themself?
Do I hear it now? What you say?
Self-assigned complication rating: <1>). Or maybe zero.
Point: Everything old is always new to some or many.

What I am quite but not completely sure of is that I would support not preventing anyone from not doing what they do not want to do. However, in some situations I would not recommend such behavior.
