There can be a nagging ache in your heart that grows when you wonder how the country you live in can change enough to make you leave. It may be that your love of your countrymen is fading as a result of those countrymen who no longer demonstrate their love of their fellow citizens. It is not the country. It is those who are living in the geographical boundaries who by their actions demonstrate they don't "recognize" you and during much of your time will not live in your "environment". An "Archie Bunker" persona.
Lead character played by Carroll O'Connor in the 1970s TV sitcom series "All in the Family"

Free from me very invisibly mentally costly advice in my version of a short story.
If asked, what are my strengths during an interview, I have to this day and will not ever think it would be wise to respond, my strength is that my mistakes will be someone else's fault (responsibility).
I suspect that someone else will get the job and the responsibility for that will be my own fault.
OPINION.
Trigger: the deep well of political thought expressed by politicians' primality but not exclusively. Contenders are always driving competitively for the post position.
OPINION. I got one. I'll milk it.

Hill house: Rafters in dusky sunset.
Framing reaching the rafters. Mother nature sets a wonderous canvas preparing for slumber.

One direction, ESE, from the Hill House with a view. An influencer of our decision before "influencing" was aware that itself is a "thing" in addition to a wish.
ESE=East South East. Compass pointing: ESE lies between East (90°) and Southeast (135°), exactly halfway between them.
Clue: shadows are formed by the low hanging westerly falling sun. Shadows point easterly.
Location, Location, Location. Sold us.
Sweet memories.
Another entry into a timeless journal.
