Now I see Alberta facing a situation where all citizens are free to stay and other citizens are hoped by those who want to stay that those who want to go be not "free"* to leave. This view rhetorically and/or figuratively frames how together everyone is in these circumstances. Together in a location not as crowded as imagined, expected, demanded by some.
- A conditional freedom may be called purgatory or maybe hell.

Diversity is a strength if every link fits in the chain. If the links do not fit, then diversity becomes adversity. Pleading one proposition, strength without the other, i.e. a mismatch, is irresponsibility, which is a foundational link to adversity, or if wise to a last solution for diversity or adversity.
