Plagiarism seems to require a path of reasoning to lead to a situation of not wanting people to know what you have read therefore what you know. However, in many occurrences the idea of concern is the concern in a thesis or dissertation, speech or oratory presentation of what one knows. If I ever can recall this analysis I shall remember naming this situation as Hula Hoop logic. (circular). *

Strange not it seems to me. With the internet development of mass communication joined with the interactions transpiring thereupon, as much and probably more education is bequeathed amongst we lowly human beings than has been taught since the beginning of mankind*. I shall watch as humans move forward for even more learning than ever before with history projecting and repeating parts of itself into a "scale" of its own.
