I control my expectancies until after someone has completed a task or I did the job myself. Fewest headaches are experienced when I do the job myself. Correlates to the motto, be prepared by doing things right most often by doing things yourself. Of course, self is assigned the responsibility of examining the feasibility of doing my "thing" that I will own when completed.
