Hysteria times.

If history does repeat itself, I am thinking that Earth is already in the entry phase of repetition of pre-hysterical times.

Psychological observations: Repeat insane.

Can't imagine the craziness that may prevail should there develop a syncopation between the outcome of destiny when history repeats itself and doing the same thing frequently enough to reach harmonic balance. It will be insane, so a supposition goes.
