If evaluating individual achievement in terms of the individual's goals to achieve personally, I believe most individuals are close to perfection.
Footnote: My opinion is that most of other individuals' goals, counting up to the exponential power of 100% minus an infinitely small number are not my goals. Which figuratively makes it impossible there be perfection from any and all other points of view.
