I have not had a meeting with (TOS) Terms Of Service. Perhaps someday TOS will send me a message not knowing that the TOS has to meet with my TOU Terms Of Use.

It seems to be feasible that in some sets of minds (mindset [pluralized]) that the term "overturn" can be used synonymously for "win". Just(ly) keeping up with a necessity of the times.

E.G.: "while special counsel Jack Smith was investigating Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election and his handling of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago."

Metaphorically, perhaps figuratively for those needing an alternate description; the tailwind guiding a person's conscience controlling their decisions can very possibly become a headwind forcing a change of direction when the wind blows out of the conscience from the direction of those others.
