My reactive response to a Rorschach test composed of being exposed to the image of Prime Minister Mark Carney is a vision in the Land of Canada who, behind the curtains, is the Wizard of Control of the mechanisms needed for Climate Carbon Capture and all the monetary credit that comes or goes, is lost or found with or without the achievement of that imaginary goal. Whispers in the winds tell me the outcome will be the same regardless of the capture of carbon accompanied with whatever weather needs to be endured.
