If one such as I thinks I am in a box (boxed in), logically it is that I am in a box and only I can get myself out of that box. E.G. addictions to power, money, drugs, sex, and addictions to peace, respect, tranquility, love. The caveat is some boxes may help me work my way out of other boxes. Free will has its caveats. Personal responsibility is a throttle on self-governance.
