A new word just imagined but lurking in (my) reality for a looong time is PhuuD. It is a synonym of thud. It's meaning is the same as a PhD specifically when it is achieved by someone who does not know what to do with it and who made an impressive investment in monetary terms to get the Phuud.
Or very similar to the sound of thick pancake batter hitting a sheet of drywall at an emphatic velocity.
Do not test at home, or anywhere.

I'm submitting my application (to myself) for the position of optimistic realist. The goal is to contribute something at least as equally useless and/or frivolous as has been offered by the overwhelming majority of politicians to this day, January 19, 2026.
