My description of the strategy of President Trump is the better everyone does the better everyone will be (does). Simplicity. In the biblical sense, teach a nation to develop and compete will teach the world to develop and compete. On an individual level, those who will have the most difficult understanding are the ones who don't want to compete. All this is just my big beautifully opinionated opinion.
