What may be an influential reason government fails? Governments attract the too well-educated self-determining intellectually advanced individuals to the calling/cause which ultimately proves that life is easier to rule in a classroom than when it is applied to ruling in reality. Ultimately the creme de la creme rises to the top(ple).

At a higher altitude the question wisps past me causing me to wonder if there are no chemtrails why at low altitude are there catalytic converters used to modify chemtrails (car exhaust)? And an even bigger question is why people would think chimney (smokestack) chemtrails exist. Seeing is not believing?
