What may be an influential reason government fails? Governments attract the too well-educated self-determining intellectually advanced individuals to the calling/cause which ultimately proves that life is easier to rule in a classroom than when it is applied to ruling in reality. This is a mind game. My suspicion is that those who will not understand the game are practitioners of the game.
