Imagine that moment you meet the Lord. Rather than read your life from history He gives you the assignment to prepare a report. Like the one you may have been asked to present upon returning to school after summer break. A little bird told me that we are made in the image of our Creator. As children we have a propensity to imitate what we learn. Especially conscience and instincts, perhaps not knowing we learned such things. The chaser we swallow is free will. Think about that. Maybe the most self-beneficial reconciling penance administered by/for/to humans is performed by politicians who have a blinding trust in the concept employed as preventative responsibility contained within the theory of plausible deniability. That, on judgement day penance may be translated to the language of individual responsibility and will fail the Judge's inquiry and be passed on as the administration of justice.
