Note: some "dirt" is processed naturally to the water-based food type while living in a water environment.
PSA: Dirt can be naturally converted to plant life as well as animal life. If you are concerned about which form is "right" or "best" they are close to the same. (my opinion) Some experience allergic reactions, so know what you are biting into.
