I believe if the issue of reeducation is examined in detail the circumstances will disclose that many agree that reeducation may be appropriate. A specific applicable example of such a situation is an addict learning how to wean themselves off the addiction. The person will not learn until they want to learn. It likely will be futile to attempt to make them learn coercively. Recommended treatment is to apply this reasoning plentifully. This methodology may prevent repetition or increased addiction(s), perhaps even addictions of/by/to/from (y)our own.
Note: Addictions to power and/or money may require more legal expertise to determine the best treatment, should a seeker be encountered.

At a higher altitude the question wisps past me causing me to wonder if there are no chemtrails why at low altitude are there catalytic converters used to modify chemtrails (car exhaust)? And an even bigger question is why people would think chimney (smokestack) chemtrails exist. Seeing is not believing?
