One significant difference is that the recovery will be achieved when society realizes it has reached the bottom of its barrel not when the liberals progressives do. It is possible liberals, progressives want society to be at the bottom of the liberal progressive barrel.

At a higher altitude the question wisps past me causing me to wonder if there are no chemtrails why at low altitude are there catalytic converters used to modify chemtrails (car exhaust)? And an even bigger question is why people would think chimney (smokestack) chemtrails exist. Seeing is not believing?
