It is wrong but it will sound better (my fantasy) when this is written, not spoken nor imagined.
When it is proclaimed that something is completely unprovoked, such as a war, it provides insight to comprehend why, when an unprovoked volcano erupts no one knows why nor when exactly it would happen or if it even would happen until it does happen.
Choose to use in your own fantasy whether the following recommendation is either advice or a moral of the story: be prepared and expect the unprovoked.
Footnote: A personal thought is that when someone attempts to create an image of scholarly wisdom with a bombastic expression such as "completely unprovoked" my guts rumbles its message to me that the provocation is to be unspoken (not acknowledged).

To turn my leering leaching eye to the realm of "Notes", for example "Community Notes" and all other sources of information sometimes also called data either for or not for "checking" or any other purpose such as research. Can there be identified anything that is useless before one's encounter with such note (source)?
Requisite condition: How would one know for themself?

What I am quite but not completely sure of is that I would support not preventing anyone from not doing what they do not want to do. However, in some situations I would not recommend such behavior.
