Thinking about it I came to the conclusion that if not the most misused statement, then it is very close to it that "I think I can say for everyone" which if thought about would have resulted in the speaker's realization that they cannot know what everyone thinks.
Moral: It is possible to do all that thinking without giving it a thought.
