The national education system has made society so dumb that politicians believe that laws are needed to instruct those dumb people how to live their lives. If the people are too dumb to learn, why do politicians think they will learn those laws. Clue: the politicians don’t care. If they did there would not be a problem.

It struck me that the result from the effort to rid the past of the history of slavery now may come to the perfect ending with the elimination of a past problem that doesn't exist now. That itself deserves the "Go figure" award.
