The citizens can be divided into 3 groups: breakers, makers, followers.
Each law moves more people from the followers’ group to the breakers’ group.
Note: Makers are more than likely self-justified intersectionists*. Meaning they justify themselves as both breakers and followers at the point the two circumstances meet.
- Figuratively intersectionist may be understood in one of its cloaks as revealed by the saying “working across the aisle”. This behavior is often observed in politicians categorized as RINO.

To turn my leering leaching eye to the realm of "Notes", for example "Community Notes" and all other sources of information sometimes also called data either for or not for "checking" or any other purpose such as research. Can there be identified anything that is useless before one's encounter with such note (source)?
