Open the mind broadly enough and you may sense that the circumstances in California regarding the management of the ongoing destruction by fire and the resulting tragedies represent symbolically the infamous phrase "let them eat cake". The expression whether it is actual factual is not an impediment to its applicability that the damage done to society will reach its breaking point if left to those deceiving society. Generally speaking, history repeats itself. Perhaps even more frequently for those lost in chaotic minds.
