At the top of the tasks for society is to the best of our ability to wean off their irrationality those living in their fantasy. It is to help them identify and return to reality. No simple task. But it seems logical that the fewer who need help will improve the availability of help to those still searching for a way to escape their demons.

To turn my leering leaching eye to the realm of "Notes", for example "Community Notes" and all other sources of information sometimes also called data either for or not for "checking" or any other purpose such as research. What I am quite but not completely sure of is that I would support not preventing anyone from not doing what they do not want to do. However, in some situations I would not recommend such behavior.
