The campaign to eradicate bullies a few decades back might have had a chance (baloney) of being successful if it hadn't been conducted by bullies whose nature didn't want a solution. Rather they wanted a different disguise for the hate that drives the bullying.
Similar to some people advocating for the KKK back in some day (era) who found white privilege as the new bigotry to hate with. A different name for the same hate.

To turn my leering leaching eye to the realm of "Notes", for example "Community Notes" and all other sources of information sometimes also called data either for or not for "checking" or any other purpose such as research. What I am quite but not completely sure of is that I would support not preventing anyone from not doing what they do not want to do. However, in some situations I would not recommend such behavior.
