One major irony of the progressive liberal democrat belief that the U.S. and its “white founders” have oppressed all the rest of mankind, is that intrinsic to that hypothesis is the assumption that all other people are incapable or too stupid to take care of or defend themselves.
Unfortunately, since we oppressors are too busy taking care of society, we are missing the point that progressive liberal democrats have changed begging and envy to a legal framework under the guise of what they call social justice (jealousy).
Progressive liberal democrats have missed many points: for example, they stress access to education. They never stress that education is useless if you have no use for it.

To turn my leering leaching eye to the realm of "Notes", for example "Community Notes" and all other sources of information sometimes also called data either for or not for "checking" or any other purpose such as research. Can there be identified anything that is useless before one's encounter with such note (source)?

What I am quite but not completely sure of is that I would support not preventing anyone from not doing what they do not want to do. However, in some situations I would not recommend such behavior.
