Some people do not like the inheritance tax because they think that the heirs didn’t earn it. Ironic then those same people want to take the inheritance and give it to people thus, effectively stolen it. Which is unjust? Inheriting or receiving stolen property?

What I am quite but not completely sure of is that I would support not preventing anyone from not doing what they do not want to do. However, in some situations I would not recommend such behavior.
