The title seems to encourage the question. Would someone be highly intelligent to read the article or highly unintelligent to read it?

It struck me that the result from the effort to rid the past of the history of slavery now may come to the perfect ending with the elimination of a past problem that doesn't exist now. That itself deserves the "Go figure" award.
