There are certainties with the obama administration. For example, the greatest depression that would have ever been experienced by the U.S. economy has been prevented as the administration and the media have repeatedly attested.
We can be as certain of the preceding economic claim as we could be certain of an astrophysical claim that the collapse of the universe has been prevented by the administration, if the administration also asserts such a claim.
The certainty of all such claims is usually based on the consensus of “all scientists” they choose in order to achieve the scientific consensus.
Only one minor problem, there is no way to prove any of the claims.
