I was in a jocular jovial mood when evil thoughts encroached upon my mind. One of those thoughts flush in wisdom occurred to me. I should develop a new/alternate definition of government. And with one flux of my brain, wink of an eye and twitch of my nose the suggestion in a wave that jolted me came the answer. The new definition is 'Organization that is useless and has no uses'. Get it? It is not redundant even if you don't think about it. Goodbye for now!
