Note: In current 2024 economic circumstances this assumption is not accurate. The election of 2024 will either result in the stabilization of the economy and money/currency or continue the excessive inflation (devaluation of money). If stabilization occurs a return to controllable economic activity will be the result which makes this definition/description applicable again.

When I attempt to engage my mental blender in reverse logic even then I cannot come to a conclusion of which came first, the mafia (figuratively and literally) or government (mafia wanna be figuratively and literally). One common thread shared is a history of selling insurance(s).
