Yes, bullying has been eliminated long ago. Wasn't there a major campaign in the 70's? Or was it the 80's. Perhaps I'm thinking of the 90's and it carried over into the 2000's. And if I am delusional about all those periods of time then by the process of elimination it was the 2010's that bullying was conquered. If you are skeptical, just ask bullies if they have been eliminated. If you dare ask a bully.
