As the daily identity transitions from the Second to the Third day of September 2024, I transition into my 74th season of mortal existence. I pray to God that He provides me with the strength and stamina to perform each of the 365 episodes I plan for this annual production. I want to thank my Lord for keeping watch over me but more importantly protecting my wife until I can join her with Him at His discretion. I also pray that He protects all who desire his protection. Finally, I pray thanks to God that he also holds in His protective arms all of my family and friends that have arrived at His Home. I love you, Lord. I love you, Joanne. I miss you.

Maybe the most self-beneficial reconciling penance administered by/for/to humans is performed by politicians who have a blinding trust in the concept employed as preventative responsibility contained within the theory of plausible deniability. That, on judgement day penance may be translated to the language of individual responsibility and will fail the Judge's inquiry and be passed on as the administration of justice.
