Real perception.

The simplest technique I have devised for my personal use to determine who most likely knows that there was cheating in the elections of 2020 is to include anyone (almost all) who say there was not cheating in the elections.

Note: This does not take into account a person's mental stability therefore that person's perception of reality. Including my own.
