(1) Demolympics can be replaced with the world demon-lympics, or democrat-lympics. Choose what you envision.
(2) Proper grammar would encourage me to capitalize the word. However there seems to be more improper than proper about chicago these days. So for the grammar-lympics I won't even qualify for a brass ring.
