One characteristic of organizations such as the world health organization is they seem to attract an unhealthy number of unhealthy people sharing mental disorders. Who (not intentionally meant as a pun) are unable to perceive the disease. Not even a tiny bit surprised they cannot detect it because it is all in their minds.
