Every human being is limited by its limited self. "For those in Rio Linda", (1) each person makes the decisions that will become or be added to the tools (wisdom) they have available through life that determines their behavior, thus subsequent decisions, thus more learning, so the cycle continues until the final moment.
(1) Rio Linda, refers to a favorite comment by radio broadcaster/host Rush Limbaugh. Generally spoken as a joking inference of people who may not understand a comment Mr. Limbaugh had made or was going to make. Rush, you are remembered by this aging soul.

Footnote: Practice makes perfect. A statement I have thought about (worry) that has never been proven and most likely will never be.
