Note: republicans, during their term, are especially adept at asking pointless questions, the answer(s) to which they have no control over whatsoever. Or, advising you (the constituent) that they have minimized or will eliminate the pain and damage government is causing by scheduling an appointment with the department applying the torture.

It struck me that the result from the effort to rid the past of the history of slavery now may come to the perfect ending with the elimination of a past problem that doesn't exist now. That itself deserves the "Go figure" award.
