Musing along my merry way on this beautiful day in July I asked myself; Myself, where will you vote, who will you vote for, and the best part of the question for eternity is how will you vote? It then occurred to me that some may not have to exercise their vote because the effort will be completed by others whether they want it so nor not. So, is not the question simply could you vote, if you wanted to?
Aside: some people call that democracy *-101. A situation when someone votes for you and you it seems more likely than not, you may not even realize it.

Maybe the most self-beneficial reconciling penance administered by/for/to humans is performed by politicians who have a blinding trust in the concept employed as preventative responsibility contained within the theory of plausible deniability. That, on judgement day penance may be translated to the language of individual responsibility and will fail the Judge's inquiry and be passed on as the administration of justice.
