Musing along my merry way on this beautiful day in July I asked myself; Myself, where will you vote, who will you vote for, and the best part of the question for eternity is how will you vote? It then occurred to me that some may not have to exercise their vote because the effort will be completed by others whether they want it so nor not. So, is not the question simply could you vote, if you wanted to?
Aside: some people call that democracy *-101. A situation when someone votes for you and you it seems more likely than not, you may not even realize it.

• the "-" symbol represents the term minus not the term dash to recognize and provide credit to the traditional practices of course naming in institutions of higher education. The course would be expressed Democracy minus101. Signifying that democracy is unlearned in that course.
