Tatoos, like all pieces of art are in the eye of the beholder. The image can be quite complicated and represent excellent talent. The one aspect that limits the attention I give to them is they usually cover the original canvas which I behold with a bit of wonder and reverence. "As Is".

Maybe the most self-beneficial reconciling penance administered by/for/to humans is performed by politicians who have a blinding trust in the concept employed as preventative responsibility contained within the theory of plausible deniability. That, on judgement day penance may be translated to the language of individual responsibility and will fail the Judge's inquiry and be passed on as the administration of justice.
