Not being an expert at anything the limb I stand on is weak (by some other's standards) but here I go. Merrick Garland is a free man in a free country who can, if he so desires, do the same thing with Jack Smith. The only difference is Mr. Garland should do it by and for the law and all of America's citizens. Should be a piece of cake. Possible maybe if he grows up.
