At the left end of the spectrum of fantasies of economic hocus pocus, it will be true that an unemployment rate of 0% will be achieved when everyone (other than the numbskulls running the locale) have vamoosed from that locale. Mathematically for the numbers crunchers it is expressed 0 = 0. Or for the intellectually elite No workie, No people, No unemployment. (Conversely, no employment! This last tidbit provided to assist those having any problem with access to logic to think it out.)
