It is important to ask yourself if an initial reaction of your own, i.e. to call someone else's decision a mistake, your own mistake. Because minds are not yet readable by you or me. The person you think is mistaken initially may know more accurately what ultimately will be the outcome of that "mistake". Perhaps it can be said that you have to scream louder to be heard more effectively. Or, as been opined frequently historically, don't judge a book by its cover.

I have comfort in knowing that everything is going according to plan. The glitch seems to be knowing beforehand whose* and which plan is on the marquee and will play out regardless.
