It is important to ask yourself if an initial reaction of your own, i.e. to call someone else's decision a mistake, your own mistake. Because minds are not yet readable by you or me. The person you think is mistaken initially may know more accurately what ultimately will be the outcome of that "mistake". Perhaps it can be said that you have to scream louder to be heard more effectively. Or, as been opined frequently historically, don't judge a book by its cover.
