Hanging out here on this as of yet undetached tree limb my meandering thoughts slipped on the idea that without massive (i.e. any) research with my reputation hanging on a strip of bark, the realization that of all the civil and criminal cases that are deluding society that pertain to DJT that not once have I heard the legal term "alleged". I'll provide a follow-up when the tree limb rots away, and (1) I fall down and break my crown. And perhaps reality will come tumbling after.

Maybe the most self-beneficial reconciling penance administered by/for/to humans is performed by politicians who have a blinding trust in the concept employed as preventative responsibility contained within the theory of plausible deniability. That, on judgement day penance may be translated to the language of individual responsibility and will fail the Judge's inquiry and be passed on as the administration of justice.
