If I am to express an opinion on legislators and laws, perhaps the sardonic atmosphere is to be invoked. Sardonic, my definition, sarcastic, demonic, moronic attitude and perception of the topic addressed. Now, legislators and laws sardonically, look carefully at the conditions around the world (and might as well include the universe/everything but God) to guide your own opinion of the "state" of affairs perpetrated by those legislating and the laws they create encompassed in this comment.
