Perhaps one may consider that DJT's foreign policy could be paraphrased as (1) speak softly but speak loudly about the big stick you carry. During the 44th's first term, DJT's policy, philosophy, and presentation, which could effectively/affectionately be called parental guidance was utilized to achieve quite a peaceful accord, worldwide.
