During the 50 years, that killer completes an education that provides doctorates in jurisprudence, theology, and philosophy. Upon release the killer deliberately kills another person. An education at best provides data, which may be useful as information, which can lead to a positive contribution to society. On the other hand, it can have no meaningful or a negative impact on society. The fact that a person has a lengthy education is useless in evaluating an individual’s potential behavior with other people.
