The word democracy is spoken (used) often incorrectly. Many times the correct word that may be undiscovered to date is insanitocracy (1). Meaning rule by the insane.
(1) This may be a "new" or at least unfamiliar or non-used word based on my knowledge. in-san-i-toc-ra-cy.
