The behavior indicates a belief that what they are plagiarizing means specifically what they think it means and the words do not have legally criminal or civilly libelous meaning. It struck me that the result from the effort to rid the past of the history of slavery now may come to the perfect ending with the elimination of a past problem that doesn't exist now. That itself deserves the "Go figure" award.
